Adrian has over 15 years’ experience in loss adjusting and has handled a wide range of business interruption claims, financial losses and property major losses, both in the UK and overseas. Prior to this, his background was in forensic accounting and acquisition/merger work.

Peter Chart ACIArb FCILA FUEDI ELAE MRICS
Peter has over 25 years’ experience of commercial claims for property losses, including some of the UK's largest and most high-profile cases. He specialises in commercial property, retail, aviation and leisure sectors.

Jack Chisholm EUR Ing, C Eng, BSc(Hons) MICE FCILA
Jack’s experience is in the design and construction of reinforced & prestressed concrete structures, highways, bridges, tunnels, foundations and piling. He also has experience with the various contracts/sub-contracts for construction, engineering & plant hire. After qualifying as a Loss Adjuster, Jack concentrated on Contract Works losses building up a specialist team dealing with all aspects of civil engineering/construction claims and has personally dealt with numerous multi-million pound losses. 

Damian Glynn FCA FCILA FUEDI ELAE
Damian has dealt exclusively with major business interruption and financial loss claims since 1993, having particular expertise in the manufacturing sector. He has dealt with financial loss claims in the public and private sector, including losses suffered by world heritage sites. Damian also provides litigation support services to claimants and defendants and has acted as the independent court expert and as an expert witness.

Alistair Halley ACII ACIArb FCILA FUEDI ELAE
With over 30 years in the insurance market, Alistair has extensive business management and recovery experience in multi-million pound losses in the UK and overseas. He is an accomplished negotiator and has been retained for many years by the Scottish Office to lecture to the Police Training College on insurance fraud.

Phil Heron FCII FCILA FUEDI ELAE MCIArb
Phil Heron has 34 years experience as an adjuster. His expertise embraces both Property and Liability disciplines largely working on more complex cases and major corporate programmes.  He has particular experience of dealing with major fire losses and complex public and products liability claims in the Food, Utilities, Chemical and Engineering Sectors. Phil is increasingly involved in providing support on cases prepared for litigation and, as a CEDR accredited mediator, has an interest in the development of Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures.  As well as his activities as a practitioner Phil has held several senior management roles and currently is the Teceris Partner with executive responsibility for our Liability practice.

Andrew Homewood ACII FCILA FUEDI ELAE
With over 30 years’ experience, gained primarily in London, Andrew has led major incident teams on a range of losses, including a warehouse fire reserved at £75 million and other notable seven-figure losses. He has an enviable record of winning, developing and maintaining accounts and has strong relationships with many key clients.  Andrew's current focus is the identification and cultivation of strategic growth and development opportunities.

Simon Kay ACII
Simon has over 15 years loss adjusting experience, with the last 6 years focused on operational management. He has extensive experience in managing both a field force and desktop adjusting staff. He has had operational responsibility for a number of service centres, where delivering customer service and adding value has been a key focus.

Mike Weatherhead ACII FCILA FUEDI ELAE
Mike has over 30 years experience of commercial claims for property and business interruption claims, including engineering breakdown in a wide range of trade and industries – retail, light and heavy engineering, chemicals, general manufacturing, storage and distribution.

Alastair Whiteside ACII FCILA FUEDI ELAE
Alastair has handled major property and business interruption claims for over 25 years in a wide range of business sectors, including financial, manufacturing, retail, hotel and leisure. He has a dual role in the business with responsibility for strategic growth/ development and has a significant portfolio of claims, including overseas assignments. He is the nominated Account Manager for several important Insurer, Broker and Corporate clients and mainly splits his time between his base in Glasgow and London, where he worked for many years.

John Freeman - Head of Fraud
John has over 30 years claims experience both at operational and management level. He sits on the Executive Council of the Counter Fraud Professional Accreditation Board as well as being one of the founder members of the CILA anti fraud Special Interest Group. John is a leading exponent of creating fraud awareness through process within a customer focussed environment. He has experience of working within an Insurer, Lloyds, Broker and Loss adjusting environment and so is uniquely qualified to understand all the competing priorities that exist within a modern insurance claims operation to deliver a cost effective fraud solution.
