Andrew joins the Teceris Fraud Team as Head of Counter Fraud Training reporting into John Freeman. He has previously held a similar post with KPMG and has extensive experience of delivering counter fraud training to the NHS and other parts of the public sector as well as to UK and International clients.

Andrew brings with him over 30 years of investigative experience, having investigated fraud as a police officer, in local government and in the health service.
